Care & Safety

This piece is for decorative purposes only and should be kept out of reach of little hands. The wire ends are rounded for safety, but each piece is delicate and should be handled with care.

If any wire becomes visible, gently adjust the yarn to cover it.

We recommend hanging your decoration using small nails or picture hooks. Please avoid using sticky materials such as Blu Tack or tape as these may damage the piece or your walls.

Returns

As these are ready-to-ship items, returns are accepted in line with our standard returns policy, provided the item is returned unused and in its original condition. Please note that we cannot accept returns for items that have become misshapen after delivery, as they cannot be restored to our satisfaction.
