Each moon is made to order by our small family business, so please allow up to 12 working days for your custom creation to reach you (though we often ship much quicker!). We appreciate your understanding as we balance our day jobs and three little ones while crafting your special piece!

Returns: Due to their custom nature, returns are not accepted, and we can’t accept returns for misshapen items, as they can’t be reshaped to our satisfaction.
