Each sign is made to order by our small family business, so please allow up to 12 working days for your custom creation to reach you (though we often ship much quicker!). This piece is for decorative purposes only and should be kept out of reach of little hands. The wire ends are rounded for safety, but it’s delicate, so handle with care. If any wire becomes visible, gently adjust the yarn to cover it. We recommend using small nails or hooks for hanging – avoid sticky materials like blue-tak or tape, as they may damage the piece.

Returns: Due to their custom nature, returns are not accepted, and we can’t accept returns for misshapen items, as they can’t be reshaped to our satisfaction.
