TURNAROUND TIME
Because these pieces are handmade with love, it can take up to 12 working days for your order to be dispatched. We usually work faster, but this is a small, family-run business, and we’re committed to making sure every piece is perfect before it leaves our hands.

NEED IT SOONER?
If you’re in a hurry, just add “Rush My Order” to your basket! Your item will skip the line and be on its way in 3–5 working days!

CARE & SAFETY
This lion is for decorative purposes only — not a toy. Please keep out of reach of children. The wire ends are rounded for safety, but please handle with care to keep its shape. If any wire peeks through, gently adjust the yarn to cover it. We recommend small nails or 3M hooks for hanging — avoid Blu-Tak, Velcro, or tape as these can damage the piece.

Please note: We cannot accept returns for misshapen items, and unfortunately they cannot be reshaped once bent.
