• Please note that we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for items that have been bent out of shape due to rough handling or being played with by children. Our products are crafted with care, but they are delicate decorative pieces and must be treated as such.
• Unfortunately, it is not possible to re-bend the wire back into shape to the standard I would be happy with. Therefore, I cannot remake items from products that have been bent out of shape.
