Each piece is made to order by our small family business, so please allow up to 12 working days for your custom creation to arrive (though we often ship much quicker!). Thank you for supporting our handmade business as we balance day jobs and three little ones while crafting your special piece!

Due to the custom nature of our products, returns are not accepted. We’re unable to accept returns for misshapen items, as they cannot be reshaped to our satisfaction.
