As a small family business, we take pride in crafting each piece with love and care. Please allow up to 12 working days for your hearts to be completed, though we often work quicker. CARE & SAFETY
These hearts are meant to be admired, not played with! Please keep them out of reach of children, as they are for decorative purposes only. The ends of the wire have been rounded for safety, but the knitted yarn is delicate and should be handled with care. If the wire becomes exposed, simply adjust the yarn gently to cover it.

For hanging, we recommend using small nails or 3M hooks. Avoid using Blu-Tak, Velcro, tape, or anything sticky, as these can damage your item.

Please note: We cannot accept returns for misshapen items, and we are unable to reshape them once bent out of their original form. Each heart is made with precision, ensuring it arrives at your home in perfect condition.
