Our turnaround time is 12 working days to account for life's little surprises - whether it's an unexpected adventure or a bout of the sniffles.  Need your balloon to lift off sooner? Just add 'Rush My Order' to your cart to jump the queue and we'll have it dispatched in 3-5 working days.

We cannot accept returns for misshapen items as unfortunately once it is bent out of shape it is almost impossible to bend back to our standard.  Please keep out of reach of children.
