A Few Things to Note:
• COLOUR: We do our best to capture every hue, but remember that colours may vary slightly due to different yarn batches and screen settings.
• TURNAROUND: We’re a small, family-run business, juggling day jobs and three little ones, so please allow up to 12 working days for us to create your cloud. We promise it’s worth the wait! Care & Safety:
• IMPORTANT: These clouds are for decorative purposes only—they’re not toys, so keep them out of reach of little hands.
• The wire ends are rounded for safety, but the knitted yarn is delicate. Handle with care to keep your cloud looking its best.
• If the wire ever peeks through, simply adjust the yarn gently to cover it up. We recommend using small nails or 3M hooks to hang your masterpiece. Please avoid Blu-Tak, Velcro, or anything sticky—they might damage your lovely creation!
Return Policy
• Please note that we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for items that have been bent out of shape due to rough handling or being played with by children. Our products are crafted with care, but they are delicate decorative pieces and must be treated as such.
• Unfortunately, it is not possible to re-bend the wire back into shape to the standard I would be happy with. Therefore, I cannot remake items from products that have been bent out of shape.
